can some one tell me about W8BENE form

My friend had already registered for cpt but not cleared. Now he has appeared for B. Com Final Exam and result is awaited. H e want to join IPCC under direct entry Schemeso plz tell me the procedure for the same in such way he can register and appear for IPCC exam as early possible as.

Hello Please guide me which teacher is best for ca final sfm??? I heard a lot about aditya jain sir of gap bright... Do he give conceptual clarity or cover practical questions for exam or both??? And what about sanjay sharaf sir???

Ive applied for articleship registration in sept, 2014 but as i was a partner in family business ive not been registered till i.e 29th april, 2015 as they had asked me for partnership deed and other documents.
I wanted to know is there any deadline within which i have to submit documents and from which date my articleship start date will be counted...

my articleship will complete on 15/9/2015. my principal not allowing me prepatory leaves and he said that he will not sign form 108 n exam form. i have few queries- 1) can any other ca sign my exam form? 2) can i file form 119, if my ca denies to sign form 108? 3) after submitting form 119 to icai n sending a copy to my principal, will icai ask my principal to submit form 108 within 15 days? i think icai will send letter to my principal for this and ask him to reply. 4) i want to know that how my principal will be required to reply either through letter just simply mentioning my leaves or form 108 is necessary? 5)if he dont sign form 108 even after reminder of icai, what will happen in that case?? can i ask the procedure of form 119 from the article section? guys plz reply asap! thnx in advance!!!

Pleas let me know which are the best courses which I can study (Correspondence or other way) as I don't want to study B.com in regular college due to time conflict between IPCC coaching and B.Com College timings.

Already given 3 attempts and age is 25 Yrs. is it good to continue small business with dad even after ca as income is 2 lakh pm of the shop which a ca cannot earn at start and i am less interested in Job. But i want to complete ca and not be a quitter

I am doing third year of articles. it will going to end in sept'15. i want to join B.L. in the academic year 2015-16. ( july'15). should i inform to the institute in this regard? if yes, what is the procedure?
