Is it necessary to obtain govt doctors medical certificate for taking transfer on medical grounds. what if medical certificate is of non govt registered medical practioner ? Plz Guide for the same.

During my ipcc i had paid my articles registration fees 12000/- in 2012.i had cleared my 1 st group in nov 14 and applied for registration f articles.In that form 103 i submit the details regarding dd no date of dd drawn.But 2 days back we got a message from ICAI as
"ICAI ALERT-acknowledgment receipt of your fees vide dd drawn on dated for 0/-"

Can an articled trainee represent his/her client during scrutiny assessment with proper power of attorney in legal deed? Does it result, in any manner, non-compliance of articleship ?? will it attract penal provisions?? Require ur advice. Thanks

I have nt yet received my articleship id card. Almost one year Completed Of my articleship. As per the guidelines given for attempting exams one should bring their id card as a proof of their id.
