Dear Experts,
I have one query fr which I need ur advice.
Can an articled trainee have clients of his/ her own without harming articleship?
Can an articled trainee represent his/her client during scrutiny assessment with proper power of attorney in legal deed? Does it result, in any manner, non-compliance of articleship ?? will it attract penal provisions??
Require ur advice.

you are not allowed to have any active business or job during your articleship period except for the work assigned to you by your principal
