01 May 2015 Dear Experts, I have one query fr which I need ur advice. Can an articled trainee have clients of his/ her own without harming articleship? Can an articled trainee represent his/her client during scrutiny assessment with proper power of attorney in legal deed? Does it result, in any manner, non-compliance of articleship ?? will it attract penal provisions?? Require ur advice. Thanks
