02 May 2015 Is it necessary to obtain govt doctors medical certificate for taking transfer on medical grounds. what if medical certificate is of non govt registered medical practioner ? Plz Guide for the same.

02 May 2015 as per rules it is mandatory to hv certificate from medical hospital...

This should really need to change now.... But sorry til now no such changes are there
