is the new CARO applicable for the November 2015 exams ( CA FINAL)

Exactly cant say until details came out from icai

Most probably it will be applicable as it has been notified before 6 months of exam. Still it is advisable to wait for the notification of ICAI regarding applicability of CARO in November 2015 exam.
