One of my friend's father expired last year. At the time of father's ill health, he had to take leave which extended and resulted in excess leaves. Is he eligible to appear in Final examination in spite of excess leaves. He is really very tensed as this is going to result him a loss of six months which can not at all be recovered.

hello. i am doing articleship since 2 years however i dont get stipend on monthly basis.whenever i ask for stipend the ca with whom i am under articleship always threatens to spoil the carreer & write a letter to ICAI for misbehaviour. now i want to know does the ca has the right to exploit the articled assistants? dont i have the right to ask for stipend which are as per rules of ICAI? please guide what should be done in such a situation

Can a student be stopped for appearing in final examinations just because he has taken excess leaves (due to some or the other reason)

An employee is studying or doing any course which is needed for performing his duties in a better way and pays related fees to educational institute.

If the fees paid by an employee reimbursed by employer either in full or in part, will it be taxable in the hand of employee?

i hv a doubt regarding tax on intra gain. hw is INTRA DAY GAIN taxed???? IS it charged at 10% (ie same as SHORT TERM CAP GAIN) or is it included in total income excluding short term and long term gain and then accordingly rates r applied????

At present I am working in a private company, as an accountant. I have 15 years of experience in this field.

I am 42 years old and bcom graduate.

I want to apply for the said course, can anyone guide me what are the requirements of this course, and whether correspodence course is also availble.

And if I have to apply where should I register myself.

There is something abt SAP course in colloberation with ICAI. Its fees is only Rs.78000

I searchd www.icai.org. But i didn't got any information abt it. So plz let me know the exact link or detailed informationa abt it..
