i just gave my exam of pcc. my all papers went good. bt in d first paper that was of accounts i was feeling terribly scared n had a lot of pressure upon me. so i mistakedly forgot to mention a question number of one question n that was of 20 marks n i have taken 3 pages to complete its answer......so it will surely come in the notice of examiner.

so my query is will d examiner check that question or not????

in my articleship form insted of 3.5years of articleship, 18 months have been mentioned. But i am still continuing with my current principle. Please suggest how to rectify the same

what to do if not getting good job because of recession in ther market?

Suppose a C.A. Student receives stipend from his employer, is that stipend taxable in the hands of the article.The article is having other income which exceeds the basic exemption limit which are subject to tax.
For example Mr.X is having income from other sources Rs.155000 and is receiving a stipend of Rs.15000 P.A. will his stipend be included while computing his total income.

Can u pls tell is there any good course related to finance which is conduct by ICAI or ICWA or Any institute from Mumbai. I do not want to join CA because it takes too much time for passing out. If is there any short term cources then pls tell me.

i am of May 2010 pcc Batch.
I started my articleship training on 29August 2008,so as per 15 months rule mine article traing will finish on 31st Nov 2009.So wats the perfect rule for it.
can i explain my CA that i will complete my article on Nov 08 and so i need leave thereon legally as per the rules of ICAi.
mine leave holiday during article trainin will be the max extend of 50days..
so can u plzz tell me doing all mine calculation of article training and leave taken,when will i be legally able to ask for study leave.plzz reply as soon as possible.
