what to do if not getting good job because of recession in ther market?

Try continuously for good options without getting frustrated. And keep the spare time in updation of your knowledge wrt changes in your profession. You can do new short term courses to enhance your skills. You can opt for personality development classes etc, which helps lot in getting good job. Try to widen your circle so that more people can help you in getting a good job.
