This is raghu here,

I just wanted to know what is meant by raising finance by equity private placement.

One more thing, i have my final attempt in this november. I heard from some body that the exams will be conducted daily as against the present structure of conducting in alternate days. If this is the case there will be hardly any time to revise the subject before going to exam, please let me know if this is correct.

i have given the cpt exam this 28th june.i heard that the last date to register for ipcc is 31st july.i wanted to ask that may i fill and send the registration form of ipcc before the results of cpt are declared?

the other thing i wanted to ask is about articleship.who gives us the training?do we have to decide by ourselves that were we want to take the training or is it decided by the institute?.

Sir, my articleship about to complete by june 09. My principal paid stipend to me through account payee cheque mode. (But my friends are paid stipend through bank account) Now iam worried about the filing of Form no 108 which asks the bank account into which the stipend is deposited by the principal. What is the remedy available for it? Is there any alternative mode of payment of stipend?

My principal told me two alternative is there. But Iam still worried. Please clarify me about the filing of form no 108.

Should the Amount received in foreign currency be classified as monetary liability and revalued at year end for unrealized forex gain / losses? Since the money has already come and will not be settled in cash (i.e will be settled through inventory sale), does it require to be revalued at year end?

pl. inform me what is expected date for CA Final June 2009 results. Further is ther any possibility to extend examination dates insted of 1st Nov. for 2009 Nov.examinations due to late declaration of results for June 2009 Exams.

Can i convert from PCC to IPCC and take termination at a later stage i.e. suppose i convert in July, 2009, can i take termination in October or November..??
