I have started my articleship on 29/04/2008.
and changed my principal on 16/02/2009.
during this course i had 45 excess leaves.
I want to know, Whether i m eligible for Final Exam to be held in May 10? Earlier it was my attempt.

i'm a CA final student, is there any way to take transfer from articleship. my 8months training is left. but i don't get enough time to prepare for my exams which are in nov'10. So kindly guide me in this regard.

I have cleared PE-II and doing articleship, complete 23 months as on 01-feb-2010.
My question:
1. Can I eligible to give exam as on May-10?
2. Is there any more eligibility required to appear in exam as some one told me that institute issued eligibility certificate. as i have no such certificate.
3. As May-10 is my first attempt for final exam. Can i give under old course as two more attempts of old course are provided by institute or I have to give exam under new course.

in the above question, is the assumption of a tax rate is mandatory for calculating cash inflow?

Actually my final attempt is in MAY 2011..but my articleship complets in 1st may 2011 whareas the last date for MAY attempt is 31st april..Actually i am in big dilemma wheather I could sit for the MAY attempt or not...Is there some Special relief granted by the ICAI fo 1-2 days delay..Also i was registered for the right date but dut to reregistration I got delay of 1 day as there was no margin for me!!Can you help me please??????
