what are the consequences of non compliance of section 58A?

Dear Experts

being a ca pcc student cleared grp 1 and i m confident that i wil clear grp 2 also in nov 09 exam. i have wrongly mentioned my period of articles in form 102 as 3 yrs rather 3.5yrs. i have come to know about this sterday when i opened form 102 in my office

*what wil be the consequences by doing this. does this effect my final attempt

* plz tell me the procedural work shld i do with the icai

What is ATC certificate.. can anybody explain PROCEDURE 2 OBTAIN??
