i want to know that whether any benifit for the student who are passed PE-II n also complete articleship of 3 years for obtaining ATC certificate??..

Definitely; do not miss this certificate and immediately apply to the institute.
After introduction of IFRS; the Institute may make it "mandatory" that the Balance Sheet should be signed by ATC for Accounting.
A respective change may also be found in the Companies Act soon.
An ATC will be able to start his own accounting practice, small loan proposals like housing loans, preparation of project reports, filing of Income-Tax Returns etc..
