for Business and corporate law &
for Auditing
which writer’s book (in question answer format) would help me to fetch max marks .
I heard about G.K. Kappor (for law) & G.Shekar (for audit & also for law).

Actually I want a book (in a question answer format) of which language should be of BARE ACT or ICAI STUDY MATERIAL.

Hai Friends! I have an urgent Query. The ICAI Says that only on the ground of Transfer of parents,termination will be allowed.

But in My case Iam now doing articleship in Kerala. Iam staying in my sister's house and doing my articleship. My parents are in Tamilnadu. Now if I wish to take termination and be with my parents and go back to Tamilnadu to stay with my parents, Will that be considered as asufficient reason by the ICAI? Will my termination request be accepted by the institute?

I cleared CPT on June 2009 and got myself registered for IPCC. However I am not writing the exam in May 2010 but in Nov 2010.So my query is that tax amendments and changes take place every year. So now how do i know what changes or amendments have taken place? Should i buy new ICAI material of tax from the Institute?? What should i do?? Plz do reply.

Kindly provide all the implication of service tax applicable for Commercial coaching center. Further whether ST would be applicable on other charges like Examinations, misc development, functions and celebrations, seminar, lab class, maintenance, certification etc.

i have cleared pe-2 nov 2009,,instead of joining any ca for articleship and i postpond it for one year.what all wud be the consequences of that and can i appear for ca final exam without doing articleship or if i do it after exams.....please suggest me.

i have send conversion form from pe2 to ipcc to mumbai office on 11 of feb .
should i immediately send ipcc exam form or i wait for any correspondence from mumbai office for new regn. no.since in exam form many details are asked abt conversion .

wheather i have to complete orintation course before may10 for appearing ipcc may10 exam. itt is been completed.

if in ipcc may10 exam i clear 1st grp of ipcc will i be able to start articleship

i am ipcc student and will be giving exam in this nov.... i heard from some people that its better to give both group then giving them individually because later when a articleship starts and if we go in big firm some charted accountant dont give holidays or we dont get time because in big firm work load can be more...so it true???do we get time to study for group 2 and same time attend tution for next level??
