advice me for best book

12 February 2010 I m a student of pe-2 which last attempt is in the coming may 2010, I want to ask that
for Business and corporate law &
for Auditing
which writer’s book (in question answer format) would help me to fetch max marks .
I heard about G.K. Kappor (for law) & G.Shekar (for audit & also for law).

Actually I want a book (in a question answer format) of which language should be of BARE ACT or ICAI STUDY MATERIAL.

Please advice me
