Termination Of Articleship

12 February 2010 Hai Friends! I have an urgent Query. The ICAI Says that only on the ground of Transfer of parents,termination will be allowed.

But in My case Iam now doing articleship in Kerala. Iam staying in my sister's house and doing my articleship. My parents are in Tamilnadu. Now if I wish to take termination and be with my parents and go back to Tamilnadu to stay with my parents, Will that be considered as asufficient reason by the ICAI? Will my termination request be accepted by the institute?
