How to start preparing for ipcc??
i.e should i start theory first or practical subjects??.....and since i have not joined any classes can any one please refer me the notes i can use for the same???

In my Firm there is a student of PCC who given two attain in PCC examination but unable to pass. He needs to Convert PCC to IPCC, it is possible! Please suggest him. He already completed two years and 6 months of his article ship.

I am Final student & my articleship will complete within next four months. But my principal is not allowing me to continue in the office since I took some more days( exactly 10 days without sanction but informed)for the nov 2010 exam. Principal forcing me to take termination in medical ground...ie my 3 months will freez...to punish me...But i dont want termination....wht can i do...can i complaint to institute...? pls help me..

whehter extra hours worked by an article beyond 35 hours a week is allowed as set-off against excess leave taken??? if chartered refuses to make set-off than whether any option are there for article clerks. if chartered refuses to pay leave salary than what option are there available for article clerk????
