I NEVER DONE PROJECTED BALANCE SHEET SO NOW IF I WANT TO DO THEN WHAT POINTS SHOULD I TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION, I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO PREPARE.

A co., is going for slump sale of the entire Undertaking. It used to claim deduction u/s 80IB.

Now whether the transferee co., can claim the deduction u/s 80IB ?



Sec 80IB specifies only amalgamation or demerger's as the eligible for deduction

What are the conditions for doing articleship outside India during last one year.?

Hello Sir,

I was working out of India for about 8 years and recently back to India. After returning I started working as a Visiting Faculty / Teacher in a college at Mumbai.

To my surprise from the first cheque, the amount of 10% is deducted saying TDS. And as I was NRI for long time I am not filling my returns. My last return was filed in FY 2004-05.

At present I have no other income. I search on the net and found that the college may be deducting TDS u/s 194J.

Presently the amount I received from college will be approximately 80,000 p.a. Also I found that as per sec 194J if one will get professional income above Rs. 20,000 during a financial year then only TDS will be deducted. However my cheque from college was just Rs. 4,500 (Total amount Rs. 5,000/- and TDS deducted 10%)

Is college justified in deducting TDS and is college deducting TDS at the right percentage? Please guide me how i can save TDS as my income is also quite less at present.

Plz provind me scanner of Executive Programme II for CS for preparing Exam Dec 2010.
& replay or send my ID & where to serach or Path of answer.
Becoz i didinot any providing answer on that giving path.

duration of articleship 2/04/2007 to 1/04/2010
my status of leave is as follows

no. of days served= 1095
less:leaves taken = 265
no. of days served= 830
entitlement of leave=138
(1/6th of 830)
excess leaves = 127
(265-138)

for the above excess leaves my article was further exptended upto 30th october 2010.

my query is incase i have taken leave during my extended period after covering 127 days as calculated above are there any chances of further extension of my articleship??

HELLO..EVERYONE....

There are many one year executive programe of MBA in market. IIM also provide it for working professional. there is an another college name IIPM also offered this programe it says that will provide One year Executive MBA and Campus visit with foriegn tour on 5-6 lakh fees and will also provide placement after completion and Min. package will be 4 laks But i served on net about this college this is not approved by AICTE and may be also by UGC. But IIPM said that it has good ranking in industry. Many post i have read about IIPM that it is not authenticated & trusted college. is it reality.....or another thing. IIM is also not providing any placement after Exe. MBA prog. but it has really good value. So where to go IIPM or IIM. Anyone know more about IIPM.
