is there any restrictions of number of attempts to clear the pcc and ca final

Since IDT book for CA. Final of CA. Ajay Jain is not available or as it seems he has stopped publishing the book, then which is the best book after that because as far as what I have seen is that although People refer Yogendra Bangar, its not a good book at all. Please help in this regard ASAP

As per sec383a a company shall file compliance certificate by a company secretary to ROC.IF the paid up capital is less than 5 crore. Intermediate pass c.s. can also fill compliance certificate . If a company is incorporated by the parents they are the directors so he can give compliance certificate.

Shall a company have its registered office in commercial place or it may have its registered office in residential area

i have just given my IPCC exams in nov. what should i do in these two months which will be helpful in my further studies also?

I just wanted advise regarding Income Tax Subject for IPCC. I have a Taxmann VK Singhania Book already and have solved all the problems. Should i buy a Reliance compiler or solving sums in Taxmann's book is more than enough to pass in the Income Tax Paper?
