about service tax of director in groups of companies

I Prabhat working as Account Assistant in a group of Companies.Thire are three Director in my company .Professional tax will be paid for individually according per company.

Professional Tax Will paid by Three company or
ony one payment is enough.

08 December 2010 Where the salary is booked, in that company PT shall be paid.
If the salary is booked in one company & then later if it is cross charged (pass the expenses to other group companies), the initial company shall deduct & pay the PT amount.
