04 December 2010 whehter extra hours worked by an article beyond 35 hours a week is allowed as set-off against excess leave taken??? if chartered refuses to make set-off than whether any option are there for article clerks. if chartered refuses to pay leave salary than what option are there available for article clerk????

04 December 2010 Lolz..., sorry buddy i dont think so there's any smooth way to tackle with above mentioned situations for an article clerk.... I mean, such matters are always solved by mutual co-ordination between boss and article.... And yes, to both the questions u asked, answer is yes... Extra hours worked helps in setting off with excess leave..., but stilll as i said, its only ur boss who should agree..., whom else wud u complain about this...... Better u settle wid ur boss only...
