Conversion from PCC to IPCC

In my Firm there is a student of PCC who given two attain in PCC examination but unable to pass. He needs to Convert PCC to IPCC, it is possible! Please suggest him. He already completed two years and 6 months of his article ship.

Yes he can convert into IPCC... He just needs to write a letter to ICAI for conversion, his name, reg. no., and all such details and also the reason for conversion.... Mind it, letter should be written in his own handwriting.... And his 2.5 years articleship will not go in vain, the credit of such period will b available in IPCC....
