Is coaching necessary to pass ipcc exam?

According to section section 209(4A) of The companies act 1956-books of account and voucher have to preserve 8 year from immediately preceding the current year.please defined the preceding the current year in above case by suitable example....plz

As per suggested by most of the CCI members & Experts i bought book on SFM CA final by SD Bala & Pattabi Ram. But i am not satisfied with this book becuase questions given for practice are less in number. Though concepts explained are good. The main thing is i m currently taking Classes .But in order to build confidence in this subject i took suggestion from CCI members. So,plz suggest me again how to prepare for SFM & wat to do along with taking classes. Do i need to refer any other book

I have submitted form 109 on 19.12.2010 for the purpose of transfer ,now i have to submit Form 103 for reregistration but i want to submit 103 after 2 or 3 months later i.e.by feb, march 011,may I can do so? Plz REPLY.
