I am a article assistant(PCC) doing article training from 14.01.2008 and will ending with 14.07.2011,
I have excessive leave on my periods and I wish to do my excessive leave under any other employer.
Can I proceed to my wish or there is a strict rules as I have to complete my excessive leave under the same employer
Please show me the ways where I can proceed to the best alternative with my wish.

I wish to know whether a student of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) can get a copy of his exam paper by filing an RTI application ?

The matter is serious as my dear friend, who is poor, was expecting and confident of securing 60+ marks in a paper but was declared as failed in that paper, thereby spoiling his career and putting additional burden on him mentally & financially on his family.

Your guidance at the earliest would help someone's career and probably his life !!

Sir, I completed my article ship on 30th January 2011. And I sent Form no.108 on 4th February 2011. The Institute give letter in which my leave excess by 10 days but I have only 169 days leave. Please help me, Urgently.
