Respected Members,
I wish to know whether a student of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) can get a copy of his exam paper by filing an RTI application ?
The matter is serious as my dear friend, who is poor, was expecting and confident of securing 60+ marks in a paper but was declared as failed in that paper, thereby spoiling his career and putting additional burden on him mentally & financially on his family.
Your guidance at the earliest would help someone's career and probably his life !!

I have gone through some posts which cite that answersheet would be provided under RTI application, but the said order has been said by the High Court of Delhi....
What is the latest position ?
Is it still possible to get the copy of answersheet ???
