my ICWA FINAL exam due on december 2011...my query is whether self study is sufficient for final and reference books are needed or not..... if needed plz give me some good books name....thanks in advance.

I have heard from a senior that leave allowed during articleship is one sixth of the total period as prescribed by ICAI
which in a total articleship period of 3 yrs i.e. 36 months equals 6 months.

Is this true??

ps:i know that exam peiod is counted as working days and only prep leave is taken as leave.

I got 60 in Corporate Law in May-10 & 65 in MAFA in Nov-10 (40 in Adv Accts & 29 Adv Audting). Can that exemption of MAFA be claimed in May-11 exam & how many marks will be required to get cleared 1st grp in May-11. Very Urgent.
