Exemption in Papers of CA Final

I got 60 in Corporate Law in May-10 & 65 in MAFA in Nov-10 (40 in Adv Accts & 29 Adv Audting). Can that exemption of MAFA be claimed in May-11 exam & how many marks will be required to get cleared 1st grp in May-11. Very Urgent.
