Myself Greeshma, i completed my 6 month of articleship but now due to some reason, i am not in the position to continue my articleship in the existing firm. so just let me know the procedure for termination of articleship and also state whether my 6th month training will be considered or not even if i will continue my remaining year articleship after a gap of 6 month.

MY SIR SAID THAT IN THIS NOVEMBER IPCC EXAM ICAI ASKED ONLY 10% STANDARD QUESTIONS.
IS IT CORRECT?
WHEATHER ICAI WILL MAKE TOUGH VALUATION?
IN COSTING I HAVE ATTENDED ONLY 76 MARKS?
I THINK ONLY 30 MARKS PROBLEMS ARE FULLY CORRECT. SOME SMALL MISTAKES MADE IN OTHERS?
CAN I GET 40 IN IT?

I am a student of ipccc cleared my group 1 in may 2011 and appeared in group 2 in nov 2011 and i had just started my articleship and sir also side by side i am doing my b.com(h)from corrospondense and i am in 2nd year currently. sir i want to parsue some other professional course along with it soo that it can boost up my carrier in future kindly help me out by suggesting some courses and also right time to join there.

I have sold a 1000 sq. yards land and have a long term capital gains on that. Now my query is that

1. If I purchase another 1000sq. yards "LAND" only, will I get exemption from Income Tax on such Capital Gains u/s 54F?

2. or should I purchase a "HOUSE" only to get such an exemption ?
