I cleared my IPCC group 1 in May 2011 but i was unable to join articleship due to health problems and registered my articleship on 25th Nov 2011. I cleared my Group 2 in Nov 2011. Now i want to appear in May 2014 CA FINAL exams but due to late articleship registration i cant appear. Is there any way out to appear in May 2014.. Plz help!!
Also let me know about CA Final registration. I went to ICAI branch also for this problem but the people there are least interested and gave no reply..

G-2 - paper-8 - IDT

In how many papers exemption can be claimed ? (All/one in each group)

I want to know the tax treatment of amount paid to the employees whose service has been terminated by the employer and they are paid certain amount towards full and final settlement as per their employment contract.

Now the tickling issue is that, the employees have been retrenched before completion of their employment term. so how should the employer proceed their full and final settlement amount as far as the TDS aspects are concerned. What are the tax benefits available to the employees in such situation and what other things to be taken into consideration by employer before deducting TDS.

Kindly let me know the available benefits to the employees under income tax act.

I have registered my article under CA and also submitted the forms to the ICAI and paid the fees for the same.
But now This CA is telling that he will not keep me as article ..
So what is the procedure to Change the articleship now.
Only 5 day's is completed.

I have completed 3.5 years of articleship training on 28.10.2011 and have received the certificate of service from Institute. Now after filling the online exam form, the generated pdf is showing "Name & Signature of the Principal with Membership No" below the designated space for my signature and photo.
My query is-
1) Can I get the form attested by a CA who is in service.

2) In that case do I need to alter the "Principal" word used there & what should I write instead.

Feeling a bit confused in this regard. Your help in this matter will enable me to submit the duly filled up form as early as possible.

Friends i am confusion whether to go for M.COM or MFA from Bangalore university after completion of my B.COM.
Currently i am not interested in CA i would like to have a PG so please suggest me which course is better.

my cousin lost her CPT certificate and wants to submit her IPCE exam form. She also already submitted the ONLINE form..

Whether we need to attach the CPT Marksheet with the form ???

We had not received the original marksheet of CPT and the JUNE 2011 marksheet is also not available on internet .
