Doubt regarding attestation of exam form

16 February 2012 I have completed 3.5 years of articleship training on 28.10.2011 and have received the certificate of service from Institute. Now after filling the online exam form, the generated pdf is showing "Name & Signature of the Principal with Membership No" below the designated space for my signature and photo.
My query is-
1) Can I get the form attested by a CA who is in service.

2) In that case do I need to alter the "Principal" word used there & what should I write instead.

Feeling a bit confused in this regard. Your help in this matter will enable me to submit the duly filled up form as early as possible.

16 February 2012 There is no restriction about attestion by any chartered accountant.. the form and other documents supporting may be attested by any qualified chartered accountant whether in practice or no..
