I am currently doing ipcc (attempt due in may) and want to reg. myself with icsi for dec 2012 foundation attempt and want to know if there are any rules and regulations for me like permission from icai for reg.and any other such rules

can i enrol in CFA(USA) by filling form no. 112 with ICAI?
