11 March 2012 i am joining article cleark on 28.08.2010 and leave firm on 28.08.2011 and joining article another firm without any aggrement .I have not recived transferred information from previous firm till on 10.03.2012
that period which served to 2nd firm can add with my article?
what procedure tken to add that period in my article period?
What procedure taken to transferred and joining new firm as a article ?
Plese help me.......

11 March 2012 1. HAVE YOU FILED FORM NO. 109 WITH YOUR OLD FIRM ?
2. IF YES DATE OF TRANSFER AS PER 109 FORM.
3. IF NOT THEN WHO INTIMATED TO THE INSTITUTE ? YOUR OLD PRINCIPLE ?

ONE THING:
THE DATE MENTIONED IN FORM 109 WILL BE THE DATE OF YOUR TRANSFER. AND THE DATE MENTIONED IN YOUR NEW 102 103 WILL BE THE DATE FOR REREGISTRATION.

THE IN BETWEEN PERIOD IS NOT CONSIDERED AS ARTICLESHIP SERVING PERIOD.
