Sir i am working in software company and they don't deduct any PF and ESI and deduct TDS as 10% as professional charges as per income tax am i eligible for practice as chartered accountant? and any condition to put up practice?advice me? please urgent?
can i take salary in salary account or check advice me ?

2) Is there any rule that a student cannot subscribe to a Member's Journal?

One of my friend has applied for verification of answer book of Group I CA Final. However till date his name is not appearing in any of the four lists. In this regard i want to know by what time ICAI will complete the verification procedure i.e. last updation date by the ICAI. He is also appearing in May 12 exam
