hi, i am an ipcc student. i wanted to ask a personal i-tax query as i still don't have much tax knowledge. my father owns a house in one city from about 30 years. we want to shift to another city by buying a flat and selling the present house. to gain deduction under capital gains , the existing house has to be sold within 1 year of purchase of the flat.. my query is which date is considered as the date of purchase of the flat?? the date on which the down payment is paid and the agreement is signed or the date of registration..?? we want more time to sell the present house.. plz advise the best possible way to save tax...

I have been selected on the post of Accountant in some government department on the basis of my CA Inter. I am also a CA Final Student. In notice, it was mentioned that the student should have 1 year post qualification experience.

Can i mention my Articleship Training period done after CA Inter as post qualification Experience ? Whether am i eligible for the Job ?

I am in 3rd year of BBA and want to pursue CS and llb both. pls guide me whether i should do llb first or first complete cs? can i do both thr courses together?

I have registered for ipcc in nov. 2010 till now i have not given any attempt due to family reasons but now i am planning to give ipcc nov. 2012 attempt should i am eligible for giving the exam or i have to re-registered with icai?

i didnot get my admit card on my address and also forget my pin....what to do for may 2012 attempt
