i want to know more about cc certificate paper . i have downloaded paper from icwa portal where i got finance,commercial law &audit ,direct tax in group 1 is dis enough or i miss something .

I have only 6 months of articleship training pending. I want to do industrial training. Is there any way how I can show excess leaves etc. and extend my training in order to do 9 months of industrial training.

Please advice in this regard. This is urgent.

I hv heard that Prince Jain who was a topper had only 8 months left but still did his industrial training with a company for 9 months. Please let me know if you know any such other cases, and kindly help me in this regard

I am student of old syllabus and finished my CA inter in 2006. After that i never appeared for final exam, however the registration formalities in final (old) course was done. Now I want to appear in forthcoming exams of CA final. Please advice me two things:
1. Am I eligible to appear in CA final exam,
2. What do I need to do for the same.

It is necessary for Appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company needs to pass the Board Resolution.

OR

We can give just letter to them for appointment.

my friend submit form 108 in prescribe time limit with 178 leave (with signature of Principle) and ICAI also approved(ICAI also send completion latter of Article ship) that but now his principle say your leave calculation is wrong and do illegal action for that so what can my friend do now...........

Currently i am persuing CS Executive Model-

I have completed B.Sc + MBA FINANCE,
In MBA i have scored more than 85 % in cost , Management & Financial accounting on this basis my cost Accounting & Financial Accounting paper will be Exempted or Not.

I have completed my articleship on 30.03.2012 and submitted my form 108 to the institute on 29.05.12 with late fine, however i would have excess leave of 45 days (app.) since actual leave is 220 days and i was in 3.5 years articleship, i would like to know can i fill form 103 and form 102 for serving my excess leave with another principal not wasting any time though i have not received the letter from the institute till date for serving my excess leave, i would fill the form on provisional basis as per my calculation.

Please suggest.....
