hi..
my friend submit form 108 in prescribe time limit with 178 leave (with signature of Principle) and ICAI also approved(ICAI also send completion latter of Article ship) that but now his principle say your leave calculation is wrong and do illegal action for that so what can my friend do now...........
principle do any case again to my friend
please reply earliest possible

Hi
As per my knowledge you have file Training Report with Institute which was signed by principle and Institute has also send a completion certificate for the same.
Don't worry. If you have documentary proof that you have properly completed article ship then they can not do anything against you.
