Please help me where to fill the stipend details.

This question was raised by my partnr under whom I am currently doing my Articleship.
A director/Promoter of a Company personally incurred the Preliminary expenses before incorporating his company. He however does not want to show it in the Books of Accounts. Is he right or wrong in doing so? What stand has to be taken by an Auditor in this case? Is he correct in doing so?

wheather the notification of ICAI dated 14.06.2012 holidays intervening during CA Exam considered as part of period of Articleship Training and can i claimed all the exam days against my extention of Articleship due to excess leave taken levied by my prinipal and ICAI.

One of our client is providing satellite coaching classes from a reputed company. My query is under which service my client will be taxable (Commercial Training and Coaching Classes or Franchise Services).

I am confused because my client is not providing coaching classes. Classes are provided by the company through satellite to the students.

If I go for franchise services then franchisor is liable to pay the service tax not the franchisee.

Please enlighten.
