Is there any hope in CPT revaluation ? as i score 96 marks in June 2012 and this was my third attempt and every time i stuck on nineties..losing hope..depressed.

what are the articles right in case his principal is not ready to give transfer(within one year).

I want to know about how the pass percentage of CA final Both groups is calculated. Is it %age of studnets appeared in both groups and passed in both groups or appeared in both groups and passed in any group(s). Please guide. Thanks in advance

hello i want 2 ask dat recently my result is out for first group n i got exemption in audit n nt cleared in other subjects of first group.so if i want to give exams in nov for rest subjects of first group n only 1 subject of second group so as to get exemption in dat den can i do dis way coz right nw my prep is nt enough 2 give both groups together kindly suggest me..can i do dis as per rules of icai

SIR,I HAVE KNOWN THAT SBI IS GIVING LOANS TO C.A STUDENTS AND HAD MADE A PROVISION TO GIVE A LOAN OF 2 LAKH RS IN INSTALMENTS. I HAVE APPROACHED A SBI BRANCH .THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID'NT KNOW THAT AND THEY WILL ENQUIRE AND GRANT LOAN. After intoduction of Negative List, we have noticed that some certificates have been issued under category "Other than in the Negative List".

I want the two clarificaiton

1.If some one has taken the registration under the above category, is it acceptable for all services?

2. Is it necessary to take regisrtation under that category only or one can still take regisrtaion for specific category also.

i.e., for B .com(55%) others (60%)

pl. tell me whether above is correct.
