After intoduction of Negative List, we have noticed that some certificates have been issued under category "Other than in the Negative List".
I want the two clarificaiton
1.If some one has taken the registration under the above category, is it acceptable for all services?
2. Is it necessary to take regisrtation under that category only or one can still take regisrtaion for specific category also.
Please guide......

One RC is enough. Whatever additional services, either as service provider or as a service receiver in the reverse charge mechanism, the services can be amended and added in the same RC thro aces.gov.in.
Same RC is acceptable for all services provided/received by you.
