i have completed B.Com this year and doing job uder a C.A, i have a vision of becoming wellknown income tax expert sir i have much interest but only in income tax anc accounts but i am a little bit confused wheather i should go for a C.A course or for LLB income tax. sir i am very serious to choose one because my career will start from hear..

I was appeared in IPCC-November 2012 attempt and waiting for the result.As per new rules,now i am eligible for CS Executive too.So,I want to enroll my self for the same. So,whether i need to take any permission from ICAI or ICSI. I also want to continue with CA.So,is it possible to do both together and doing single internship which will count under both course...?
And most important is it advisable to do both course at same time..?
Suggestion required..!

I have completed ca inter in nov 2011,at present doing my articles, i am interested to do cs,i know that i need not write foundation course in cs,and at the same time can i get any exemptions in cs inter now?
If i complete ca final then what exemptions are available to me?

I am in my 4 month of articleship and want to take transfer.Should i send form 109 along with letter of request asking institutes permission or first i need to send the letter of request to institute asking permission for transfer and then send form 109.??

Within in how many days of transfer i should join a new firm immediately? IF i dont join immediately will it be considered as termination and creates adverse affects on my remaning term of articleship??
