Actually for articleship tranfer i need to fill 109 or 108? because today in my office some senior staff is telling that form 108 is to be filled? actually what is this form 108 sir?? just now an unknown person from ca club said one has to fill form 108. but everywhere it is given and said that form 109 is to be filled in for 109. And one of my friend has filled form 109 and got transfer.. which one is correct??

Dear experts,i have registered for cs foundation and my attempt is on june 2013 bt now there is a rule dat cpt passed students can directly enroll for cs executive course so i want to know can i nw register for executive programme without appearing in foundation xam as i have passed cpt n ipcc.Plzz help me if anyone has any information regarding this.

sir can i join another firm immediately after sending form 109 to institute or should i wait for institutes approval because it would take two months to receive the letter from institute.

Are there any chances of disapproving my transfer later after i joined a new firm in which case i would end up no where.

currently my articleship is going on.
i have registered myself for CS-executive in aug,12 for wich xam will be held in june,13. but till now , i have not informed ICAI. what should i do.
initially i had taken permission for b.com from icai wich i completed in march,12.

now how shud i inform / take permission from icai.

i have made a terrible mistake by entering the wrong month in the registration date i.e. 15/12/12 instead of 15/10/12 in the form 103 due to which i am loosing my attempt in november 2014 and it came to my knowledge when the confirmation letter came from the institute...so please tell me how to rectify it..!!!

As per my previous query I wanted to take transfer in my first six months of articleship do i need to give reasons to my transfer to institute or tranfer with mutual consent is fine??
The reasons are being personal i could not write in the letter of request. so transfer without reasons is o.k since i am in first year of articleship?

Which form i need to fill for transfer is it form 109 or form 108??
