07 January 2013 HI Ajay sir and experts please kindly resolve my query

As per my previous query I wanted to take transfer in my first six months of articleship do i need to give reasons to my transfer to institute or tranfer with mutual consent is fine??
The reasons are being personal i could not write in the letter of request. so transfer without reasons is o.k since i am in first year of articleship?

Which form i need to fill for transfer is it form 109 or form 108??

During first year of articleship you are free to take transfer without any reason by submitting Form-109 with Institute and the Institute will not asked any question.

So I will request you to submit Form-109 signed by Principle with Institute as soon as possible.
