Dear members and experts please resolve my query
It has been 3.5 months since i have been in articleship,now i am willing to take transfer
in the firm where i am working can i do so??

IF yes do i need to send form 109 along with the letter of request to ca institute or first i should merely write a letter to ca institute asking for permission.

since i am in my first year of articleship do i need to give reasons for my transfer? OR mere sending of letter with mutual consent is enough??

Within in how many days of transfer i should join a new firm immediately? IF i dont join immediately will it be considered as termination and creates adverse affects on my remaning term of articleship?

I am Niranjan. I am graduate from Calcutta university in 2010. I am doing Job in Genpact from last 18 months. I am also doing CA (IPCC) and MBA in Finance (Distance).
I did not get time for my study both the exam (IPCC & MBA, Ist Year). Everyday I go for office 6'o clock and came back to home around 9'o clock. After coming home I am not able to study.
At one time I think that I will leave my job and concentrate on my study but at the same time I also have financial problem.

Please advice what I have to do in this case.

I have registered for articleship on 22 aug 2012. Is it mandatory to register for CA final now itself or can i register 6 months before exams?

perusing inter cwa group 1 & 2 (2008 sylabus)
last two years i dont attend exam
now what can i do inter group 1 & 2

i submitted my articleship registration form month of oct-2012.

but

till date i have not received registration letter & ID card.

so pls give me suggestion on this problem.

which process i do for this problem ?

what is the treatment of preoperative expenses like rent, salary, consultancy charges, electricity etc...before the date on which actual business is commenced i.e when actual sales starts... should we capitalised it or treat it as deferred revenue expenditure????? as per latest notification given by ICAI & which AS is applicable on the above question???

I am a student of CA-Final and just enrolled myself for CS-Executive course. My query is, do i need to complete any training for cs executive before my exam.

I am going to be attempting Group 1 of IPCC in May 2013 . I just finished coaching for Group 1 of accounts . Can I go for Auditing coaching now itself or do I finish Group 2 Accounts , i.e, Advanced Accounting ? My sir told me it would make more sense if I did auditing immediately after accounts , but as I am doing both the groups seperately I am in a sticky situation
