I am pursuing M.com 4th semester davv university indore.

sir/ madam m.com me 85 marks ka paper & 15 marks ke cca he total (85+15=100) to sir muje ipc ( Course under Direct Entry Scheme) .me admission lene ke liye 55 percent chahiye ya 60 percent .

sir maira b.com me 59.4 percent tha par paper 35 marks & 15 marks cce (35+15=50) tha. maine ipcc ke liye apply kiya tha to admission cancled ho gaya. institute ne kaha ki apke b.com ke paper 100 marks ke nai the hai isliye apko 60 percent number chahiye .

to sir muje m.com me kitne percent number chahiye ipc admission ke liye.

please guide me .

I had registered myself for CA-IPCC through direct admission scheme in Sept'12 since I have done my BCOM from Delhi University with 55% aggregate and also on the basis of my form got submitted, I further registered for Orientation Program and ITT program, started my articleship as well. Now around 15 days back I received a letter from ICAI stating that I am not eligible for registeration in IPCC because, I didn't clear the exams of 100 maximum marks for atleast 3 subjects.
For that matter I went and enquired from vishwas Nagar,ICAI and got to know from an employee in article department that high level meeting is on and the dicision for the same would be taken soon.
Already 10 days have gone past since I have visited there, I am really worried whether I'll be able to give my exams in may'13 or not and what will happen to our articleship, for whatever time I have already completed, Is there any update? Please assist.

I m serving my last year of articalship and during this I travelled 160 km per day near about 26 time now my question is whether time spend on travelling is elegible for credit.

1) Can he show under Income from Salary in his return? What are the income tax compliance?

2) Can he show under Income from Business/Profession in his return? What are the income tax compliance?
