I have received a mail from CIMA (which atleast seems to be very genuine) wherein they have mentioned I am exempt from giving few basic level exams for CIMA Management Accounting Diploma Course.I am unsure whether I should opt for it since it is diploma plus I had never had it in my mind to pursue it. I need to register before 31st Jan ' 13 for May exam . Kindly guide if possible...

I yesterday registered for IPCC under Direct Entry Route for both the group under category of Intermedaite of ICSI.

For which I submitted my CS Executive Result + SSC Certificate + Birth Certificate.

Does I was also require to submit TYBCom Result .
If So then My Registration will be cancel and will receive letter after 15-20 days i.e in the month of Feb and the due date for registrations for both the group is 31st Jan.

How I will be able to register if I want to give both the group in Nov 2013.

As per the notification of 2nd January for 16th June,2013(CPT)---"This Common Proficiency Test will be conducted as per provisions of Regulation 25 D (3) of the Chartered
Accountants Regulations, 1988 and the syllabus as published in the pages 291-293 of the Journal ‘The
Chartered Accountant’ August 2006 issue and pages 12-13 of Chartered Accountants Students’ Newsletter
August 2006 issue."----as I am having that issue of ICAI,I would be very glad if you please confirm me,whether the passing criteria is minimum 50percent in total or subject wise minimum marks needed?

I am to appear for CS Final in June 2013,with CA Final classes and articleship going on would not be in a position to dedicate a lot of time for the June exam.

Needed guidance if the CS module and scanner would suffice or is there any other study material required to be referred,necessarily?
