Hi I hv few queries regarding books to b referred nd changes.
1). What r changes in SFM and ISCA since 2012 ?
2). For IDT which book is good? V s datey or bangur? Pls let me knw difference between both books .
3). From where to study FR and amendments in AS?
4). Good book for law for other allied laws part ( tht is co law I hv notes,for remaining part I want to know good book.

I passed final 1 st group in 2008 and now cleared 2 nd group. For 1st group pass i have only the print out i had taken from icai site when the results where declared. can i apply for membership with that . if not then what can i do . Now i am working out of india.

I am a registered student of IPCC (cleared CPT), graduate with 60% marks and presently not under Direct Entry Scheme.
There was a recent announcement by ICAI on 15th Jan,2013 that, by completing orientation program one can start articleship under the Direct Entry Scheme. Say I start my Articleship After conversion to Direct entry scheme and completing orientation by Feb 10th, will I be eligible for Nov,13 attempt of IPCC?
Please help me out.

I have registered for IPCC attempt Nov 2013 under direct entry scheme. now my itt and orientation is over and i have to make a deed with ca firm, but I am confused in that only. How much period I should make a deed of?? 9 months or 3 years??? and what is actually a time duration for the students registered under direct entry scheme??
9 months+ 3 years??? or just 3 years. If I am making deem of the date 28th Jan 2013 then I'll be able to give IPCC exam in Nov 2013. so if i clear it whole or if at least a group 1, then when should I'll be eligible to register for final and when will be my final exam of ca(plz provide date)??

Working in any private limited or public limited company as under probationary will be considered as industrial training

myself abhishek pandey ...I was attemted the cpt exam 5 times but face the failure everytime..... sir, studied very hard for this every model test paper which is given by the inst. i solved everything very easily...Even those students who r weak from me they r passed in 1st attempt..... i can't understsnd where the mistake had been happened... plzzzzzz help sir nd rply vry soon......

I am doing my CA articleship. I have given my CWA-INTER attempt in Dec'12. If I clear those exams then when will I get CWA-FINAL attempt. Can I avail exemption from CWA articles through CA articleship?

Is 30% passing in each section applicable for cpt june,2013 attempt?
If yes, kindly send me the authentic link of icai wherever it has been posted.

Sir,i am Ca final year student i have a question about the exemption.

I got an exemption may 2011 account and then after nov 2012 in law. As per rule may exemption was lapsed due to not cleared the above group. but i want to know about exemption i got in law in nov 2012 whether it is lapsed or i can get benefit. at the same time i have a question about about the result got without the sign of exemption in law paper.

i completed CAFINAL g-1 in nov 12. i need to clear 2 nd group. coming to company secretery , i cleared cs executive in jun12. so my CS FINAL attempt in jun13. i need advice regarding articles in cs. whether should i pursue cs articles. i need CS MEMBERSHIP also. after cs final attempt i need to join in job.we are financially not sound.
