i want to know about the new 24 months training period ?
can any one do it even if he is under going training for 1.5 years can avail 24 months training .................

at present a private company is having authorised share capital 200000 of Rs 10 each divided into:
Equity - 200000 share
Preference - Nil.
company has issued equity share capital Rs. 10,00,000/-.
so, there is unissued 100000 equity share, and the company wants to issue preference share without increasing total authorised share capital.
Is it possible to convert authorised unissued equity share into authorised preference share? and what process company has to follow?

i have no work in my ca audit firm. I am planning to take termination in this firm. My another CA sir is telling that wait some days we have works in april. I am in confuse that i have stay here or go out? I completed 4 months of articles

Dear Sir

As per ICAI that we can get termination in one year with out any reason.

In my audit firm there are no such a good audits so I want to get terminated from that firm.

I did articles for 6 months.

So Principal paid me 4000 per month as my stiphend.

Now I am asking for termination he is saying that as I paid 4000 per month but as per institute it was 1000 , so pay me the balance then only i will give u termination.

Is it correct sir ?

I have obtained name approval for company under section 25 and the period for existence will be end up on 5th feb. Now i want to make application for revalidation of name and extention of 30 days.
Kindly provide the procedure to make application to ROC for revalidation of name.

Sir i am registered with direct entry scheme on dated 26 Aug 12 & as an article ship from 14 January 13(I will submitted the respective form to Institute)but now they told me that i have to complete first Orientation program before 31 January 13 & then i can start Article ship traning & after that i have to completed ITT program before 31 May 13 for November attempt so plz tell me what i do for this??? Plz help me..

how many leaves allowed in articleship. leave taken for ca exams is included in leaves Or not.
