As per ICAI that we can get termination in one year with out any reason.

In my audit firm there are no such a good audits so I want to get terminated from that firm.

I did articles for 6 months.

So Principal paid me 4000 per month as my stiphend.

Now I am asking for termination he is saying that as I paid 4000 per month but as per institute it was 1000 , so pay me the balance then only i will give u termination.

Is it correct sir ?

01 February 2013 IT IS NOT FAIR AS ICAI FIXED STIPEND 1000/- AS MINIMUM. ICAI DID NOT MENTIONED ANY UPPERLIMIT. IT IS CA DESCRETION TO GIVE STIPEND SUBJECT TO MINUMUM

These things (protest) are not written in your resume or mark sheet or article ship diary, hence do not take tension.

04 February 2013 How can I approach institute(ICAI) , he is saying that I was already said that I won't give u termination when u are joining.

But now i am not interested to continue with him ?
Because there are only internal audits that to not good

Am thinking about my future because statutory audits are also very important

Complaint is the last option,
First of all call to ICAI , article section and discuss your problem, hope they can suggest a normal solution.

FORM I for complaint-
Procedure to file a formal complaint
The Complaint and its enclosures should be filed in triplicate, duly signed by the Complainant and should be in English language. Any document/s in Hindi or in any Regional Language should be sent along with English translation thereof duly verified as `true copy’ to save time. Further, as per Rule 4, the Complaint should be accompanied by a fee of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousands Five Hundred only) in favour of “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” payable at New Delhi.”
