Name availability for section 25 company

01 February 2013 I have obtained name approval for company under section 25 and the period for existence will be end up on 5th feb. Now i want to make application for revalidation of name and extention of 30 days.
Kindly provide the procedure to make application to ROC for revalidation of name.

After MCA log-in you will apply for renewal of name and attach copy of Board Resolution for extension/renewal of name.
