How to Download TAN Allotment Letter from www.incometaxindia.gov.in?

Hai All,

I am working as articled assistant in a firm. I am not satisfied with my firm as they are insisting to work on sundays and also they are not giving basic respect to articled student. I have completed 1 year of service. So i want to transfer to other firm, is there any way to transfer with the consent of my boss? Please describe the procedure.

I'm doing ca articles and along with that icmai. is it necessary to fill form 112 if it is necessary then what is time period if I don't fill in that period then what will happen

If any body can join other professional courses like C.S.. LLB, MBA etc along with C.A. course . Whether B.Com can be done on regular basis along with C.A. course.

my exam is due in nov 13...n i have yet to start preparation of audit so just wanted to know which is the best book for the preparation of audit (ca final).....as i am going for self study...pls reply asap...

i have cleared mcom in 2012-13, & cleared cpt in 2009-10. i was not intrested in ca as i was willing to do a business so i never studied ca ipcc and gave 4 attempts but as matter of fact i did't clear them.
i gave cs executive in december 2012 and didn't study in that either.
But i want to study hard now, i am giving cs executive both groups in june 2013, i am confident of clearing first group.
AND i want to give ca ipcc in nov. many of my relatives say that it is not useful to give ca now as i have not cleared ca in so many attemts and it won't have any value.
AS I AM 26 is it good to give ca exam , that requires 3 years of articleship, in the age when i am supposed to do a job and earn money to help family.
I REALLY REQUEST EXPERTS TO HELP ME TO GET OUT OF THIS MESS, WHICH I CREATED MYSELF.
AND IF I SHOULD GIVE IPCC & CS EXECUTIVE IN NOV.DEC. HOW SHOULD I STUDY.

I am in first year of articleship, I want to know that if I take transfer of articles in first year... then will I be eligible for Industrial Training in the final year???

I need the form of ca ipcc re-registration or re validation form. when i contact icai branch of my city, they said told me to download it from Icai website.
But I cant find it there, so please provide me the link........ so that i can download it...

I am undergoing articleship for the past 2 years. I joined a correspondence course last year but failed to submit for 112 coz of not knowing the fact that we have to inform the intitute reharding it even in case of a correspondence course..


.now after 1 year delay..... I now want to request condonation with the prescribed fees nd duly filled form 112. Will my reason fr delay be accepted fr grant of condonance?? What can be a genuine reason which will be accepted by them without any hassle ??? please help me out....


2. will my enrolment as a member be delayed even after the condonation??? if yes, by how much?
