07 June 2013 I'm doing ca articles and along with that icmai. is it necessary to fill form 112 if it is necessary then what is time period if I don't fill in that period then what will happen

07 June 2013 As and when student registered as an articleship assistant he need to ntmate to icai with in thirty 30 days from the date of joining as an article assistant with form 112
it is mandatory...and strict action will be taken against student and also on member in practice if it is not disclosed to icai

However you can intimate form 112 now also with a condonataion of delay letter and a prescribed fee can be paid along with that letter

Fee for condonation will be depends on delay period as i am not aware of condonation fee please contact nearest branch of icai for knowing delay fee amount
